Things you need to know before you shop online

To purchase any products using our secure online shopping service, simply browse our online shop and find the items you wish to purchase. Once selected, add the items to your shopping basket. Your basket can be viewed, revised, added to or even emptied at any time during your visit.

Once you have all the items you require and are ready to complete your order, click on our secure checkout. You will be shown the full total of your transaction and requested to fill in your personal details:

• Name
• Address
• Name on card
• Type of card
• Large number on card
• Three-digit security number on back of card
• Issue number (for switch and solo)

Once your order is complete and payment has been made, Windblowers will receive details of your order and despatch your items to you. Items should be delivered to you within 10 working days, depending on stock levels at the time your order is placed. If there is going to be a delay with your order, we will contact you immediately.

Payments can be made via our secure online checkout 24 hours a day using the payment options shown below, although if you would prefer to pay by cash, personal cheque or bankers draft, you can call into the Windblowers shop to make your payment or send payment to our address below.
