Cancelling an Order

In accordance with the Consumer Protection regulations, you are within your rights to cancel an order within 7 working days from receipt of goods.

To cancel a confirmed order, please either write, e-mail or telephone us with your instruction to cancel.

If your order has already been despatched, you must package the products appropriately and return them to us at your own expense, in order for a refund of the original purchase price to be arranged. All products must be undamaged and unused.

Please note, goods that have been specifically ordered for you, or personalised in any way can only be cancelled, returned or exchanged if faulty.

As we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit and as you are responsible for returning the products(s) to us, we recommend you send any returns by Recorded/Special Delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase(s), we will happily refund the original price of an item or send you an exchange, providing you advise us within 7 working days from receipt of goods (see Cancelling an Order) and that the goods are returned to us within 28 days in an unused and resaleable condition.

We regret we are unable to refund the cost of postage, packaging or insurance.

In the unlikely event that any of your goods do arrive faulty or in damaged condition, please advise us immediately.


All products supplied by Windblowers have a twelve-month manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise or, if the product is second-hand, with a six month warranty.

Should the product develop a fault then you should call for technical assistance on 0115 941 0543. If the fault can not be rectified over the phone, then you should return the goods back to us at your own cost, and make sure they are in original packing and insured, as we are not liable for any damage in transit.

At our discretion, we will then either repair or replace the goods in a reasonable timescale. If the product has to be returned to the manufacturer then the timescale will be longer, and shipping costs may be charged.

Due to manufacturers' restrictions, some products on our website are only available in store and cannot be sold as mail order products. Should you wish to purchase any of these items please call Windblowers to arrange a demonstration in store at your convenience.

Always keep original packing throughout the warranty period, and if possible, as long as you can. Goods returned to us will only be accepted for repair/replacement if the goods are in the original packing accompanied with the original invoice; without these, the goods will be returned back to you for you to arrange an alternative repair.

The warranty does not cover physical or cosmetic damage/abuse/fire/theft/commercial use or attempted repair by unauthorised persons.
